Consistency is a unique mixture of logical thinking, reasoning, patience and dedication to a task or activity. Take the case of a writer who is consistent in his writing. People need reaffirmation, good leaders praise for good work. They're people persons. Their best attribute is being able to communicate face to face with confidence, and knowledge, with the power of proper language skills.
4. Creativity. This is the ability to think differently. To be unorthodox in thinking that can constrain solutions. Creativity allows leaders to see things others haven't in order to lead their team into new directions.

One day as they make fair and show there is hippotamus come to threat, hippotamus gang want take fish that is result they work, if not so their eggs would thrown.
