About TAB and Shift+TAB Buttons

Bismillah. Usually we use TAB for jumping from one button to another button focus in any programs we use. We jump from one button to another button or from one text box to next textbox in Gmail Registration Form. But how if we want to jump back? Shift+TAB will take you back one element.

Yes we can operate computer with less mouse usage! It is easier for people who want to be pro when they must use keyboard widely in one hand and use mouse with other hand. So use them!
