How to Cope with ankle injury - ankle injury consists basically of two types, namely ankle strains and sprains ankle injury. Angkle strain occurs when the muscles or tendons are too loose. While sprains Angkle, is a more serious injury, which occurs when there is stretching the ligaments (the connective tissue that connects bones).
