Do you know about Dream Scene?, yes, its a build in program from microsoft windows. This program just included with windows Visata profesional or above, you can update your windows to turning On this features. But, if you can connected your windows to internet or your windows having no original keys (pirated version :p), don't worry about that, because you can actived this features with a program. Dream scene make your desktop background can be static, you can use gif photo format or movie with WMV and MPG file format. this program run the file with looping method. so, you must use basic loop of the gif picture or movie.
There are following steps you can do for active your Windows Dream Scene features :
1. Download Windows 7 DreamScene Activator 32/64bit from Thewindowsclub (http://www.thewindowsclub.com/downloads/).
2. Run the program in Administrator mode.
3. Give Yes Answer if the User Account Control show up.
4. If the program work properly you can look this program like this.
5. Click Enable Button for run the batch program.
6. Finish Step, Enjoy It.
After you turning On the Features, this time to try on. I suggest you to try with movie file with WMV or MPG format, if you don't have it you can download from dreamscene.org. (http://dreamscene.org/gallery.php), after download some of movie lets cek it.
Click right button on the file to show up the properties menu from the file, if you succeed you can found the "Set as Desktop Background" option like this.
