Line follower robot (line tracer)
is a kind of robot mobile that is designed for automatically work and it has
ability to detect and to move following the line in the surface. The
controlling system that is used is designed to can feel the lines and make a
maneuver movement so that it still can follow the lines. This robot also has
it’s own devotee in this country. So many competitions about line tracer
usually held in some university’s in Indonesia, like PENS. And a lot of
students like to join that.
In
the industry environment, this kind of robot usually used for moving a thing
from a place to the other place. With a little of censor modification, this
robot can be developed be a wall follower, a robot that can move around in the
wall.
